Case Submission Guidelines

Education requires the sharing of experiences. For this reason, CCT2022 is making a Call for Cases.

[1] Submission Period

Wed., June 1 - Fri., August 5, 2022 (JST)
Submission is now closed.

Cases submitted after the deadline will NOT be accepted for any reason.
Case data must be also submitted by above deadline.
Please allow enough time to submit your case.

[2] Submission

  1. Complete the online submission form below submission form.
  2. After sending the form, registration number will be issued and also sent by e-mail.
    *Please note that the confirmation e-mail might be delivered to a SPAM folder of your mail box. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please contact the CCT Administration Office. ( cct-case@cct.gr.jp )
  3. Please send case data in DICOM format to CCT Administration Office by one of the following methods. Please refer to "[4]Notes in Case Submission" when preparing case data.
    *The file must be in DICOM format. Any other format and PowerPoint slides will not be accepted.

[How to submit your case DICOM data]

  1. Case data submission URL
    Please upload your case data by using the case data submission URL sent by the confirmation e-mail.
    You are requested to create a zip file contains all DICOM files with your registration number as the file name.
    Ex) 9999.zip
  2. Data Sharing Web Server (e-mail)
    If you cannot use the case data submission URL, please upload the zip file on web servers (Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, etc.) and send a downloading URL to CCT Administration Office by e-mail.
  3. Courier Service
    If you cannot upload the case data on the web, please send it by CD-R or USB Memory Stick with the registration number to CCT Administration Office.

[3] Notification of Acceptance/Rejection

The results will be posted on CCT2022 Website and notified by e-mail in the end of August.
Exemplary cases will be selected and presenters will be invited to give oral presentations at the venue or online.
The “Best Case” will be selected from the presenters in the below sessions and the winner will receive an official commendation, a faculty invitation to CCT2023 and a supplementary prize.

[4] Notes in Case Submission

  • Only one submission per applicant is accepted.
  • There is no word limitation.
  • Any illustration, table or chart cannot be attached to your case data.
  • The case data must be in DICOM format. The case without DICOM data will not be reviewed by the referees.
  • The submitted storage medium such as CD-ROM or USB memory stick with the case data will not be returned to the applicants.
  • Since CCT is not obliged to any mistake in case description, please be sure to confirm the content of your submission.
  • If you want to drop the submitted case, please contact ( cct-case@cct.gr.jp ) with your registration number.
  • [Peripheral] Rejected cases in "Nightmare in the cath lab" might be asked to make presentaion in "Case Presentation".
