*1 Interns should upload a certificate or ID showing you are currently an intern who is in the internship (4 years period) after graduation from medical school on the registration system.
*2 Medical Staff (Nurses & Technicians) is required to present their institution ID or name card which shows their occupation or qualification on the day.
*3 A student can attend the live course free of charge. Please present your student ID or equivalent documents at the on-site registration desk. Pre-registration is not required.
*4 You can watch PCI Live Case Transmissions Webcast only. (No access for onsite attendance.)
You may be required a visa to enter Japan. It varies by nationality.
Please contact your local embassy or consulate of Japan and process your visa if necessary. We recommend you to have enough time for the visa procedure. You could also obtain some information about the visa to enter Japan from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan Website(http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).
*Invitation Letter
On request, CCT is pleased to offer a letter of invitation to participate in CCT2025.
The letter of invitation will be issued upon receipt of your payment for CCT2025 pre-registration which will start from Thursday, July 1.
If you need the invitation letter and other documents for VISA application, please contact CCT2025 Registration Desk (heartmeetings-plus@uproses.co.jp) with your registration number by September 26.
Please note that this letter of invitation does not commit CCT to any financial supports and being a guardian with regard to your attendance at CCT2025.
*24,200JPY per person will be charged to issue the visa application documents other than the invitation letter.
