Presenters of exemplary works are requested to put up posters AND give 10 minutes-long presentations at Digital Poster Session using slide or PC on a stage. After digital poster presentations, CCT awards will be given to the selected work in the following commendation ceremony each day.

1.Posting & Removal

Posting: 9:00-9:45
Removal: 17:30-18:30

On the day of your presentation, please post and remove your posters during the shown above.
Posters that are left on the panel after the removal time, will be removed and kept at Exhibition / Poster Session Secretariat during the Live Course. Posters will be disposed after the Live Course.

2.Poster Presenter’s Registration(Medical / Co-medical)

Dates & Time:Oct. 21, Oct. 22, Oct. 23, 9:00-9:45
Location:Poster Session Desk
(Kobe International Exhibition Hall 1, 1F, Exhibit Hall)

·Please come to the Poster Session Desk and present your poster number before putting up your posters.
·Presenters are requested to stand-by in front of the panel by the time session begins.

3.Allocated Time For Presentation

Oral 5 min, Q&A 2 min (Medical / Co-medical)
*Please proceed your presentation under instruction of session chairs

4.Poster Posting

·Size of panel: W90cm, H180cm
·Poster numbers are prepared by the CCT Poster Session Desk
·Presenters are requested to prepare abstract title, institution, presenter’s name, co-authors’ institution and co-authors’ name.
·Push pins will be provided at the Poster Session Desk.

Location: Digital Poster Session Registration Desk
(Kobe International Exhibition Hall, 1F, Exhibit Hall)

Please complete a preview of your presentation materials (slide or PC) at the Digital Poster Session Registration Desk. Presenters are requested to stand-by at the presenter’s seat by the presentation time

3.Allocated Time for presentation

Oral 10 min, Q&A 5 min (Medical / Co-medical)
*Please proceed your presentation as the direction of the chairs

NOTES

1.Slide

• Carrousel type
• Slide preview is available at the Poster Session Desk. Please assure the order and direction when inserting the slides. Presenters are requested to bring the slides to the projection booth.
• Staff will forward presenter’s slides during the presentation.
• After presentation, retrieve your slides and return tray to Digital Poster Session Desk.

2.PC presentation

• Prepare presentation materials with Power Point 97 or 2000
• Bring your own PC
  (Laptop (Win or Mac) with MiniDsub15pin plug)
• Professional engineer will connect presenter’s PC to data projector. NO audio effect is available.
• Presenters are requested to operate PC at the podium during the presentation.

·Judges and head of judges for Digital Poster Session are requested to finish registration 10 min before the session begin, receive documents and stand-by at the seat prepared at the Digital Poster Session site.

Although deadline for Pre-registration for CCT2003 is September 20, 2002, only poster presenters are allowed to register with the pre-registration fee by September 30. However, only FAX registration is acceptable. Please refer to the step below and register for CCT 2003 at your earliest convenience.
