*After pre-registration period, we will accept registration by on-site registration fee.

Cancellation after submitting application form, even a part of submission, will not be accepted.
Changing a registrant's name will be charged 5,400JPY(incl. tax) per each registrant.
After September 30, cancellation and any change of registrant will not be accepted.

On-site registration (from September 14)

Medical	1 day	20,000 JPY
Medical(Surgical)	2 days	18,000 JPY
Medical(Intern)^*	3 days	10,000 JPY
Co-medical	3 days	4,000 JPY
Industrial Professional	3 days	35,000 JPY

* Medical(Intern) is required to present certification showing they are currently in the internship (4 years period) after graduation from medical school. Failure to do this will be charged the on-site registration fee of Medical. Pre-registration is not required.

** A student can attend the live course free of charge. Please present your student ID or equivalent documents at the on-site registration desk. Pre-registration is not required.

Visa Information

You may be required a visa to enter Japan. It varies by nationality.
Please contact your local embassy or consulate of Japan and process your visa if necessary. We recommend you to have enough time for the visa procedure. You could also obtain some information about the visa to enter Japan from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan Website(http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html).

*Invitation Letter (from June 3, 2019)

On request, CCT is pleased to offer a letter of invitation to participate in CCT2019.
The letter of invitation will be issued upon receipt of your payment for CCT2019 pre-registration. If you need the invitation letter and other documents for VISA application, please contact CCT2019 Registration Desk (mice-trv@nittsu.co.jp) with your registration number by September 30. Please note that this letter of invitation does not commit CCT to any financial supports and being a guardian with regard to your attendance at CCT2019.
*5,400 JPY per person will be charged to issue the visa application documents other than the invitation letter.
