You may be required a visa to enter Japan. It varies by nationality.
Please contact your local embassy or consulate of Japan and process your visa if necessary. We recommend you to have enough time for the visa procedure. *Invitation Letter

On request, CCT is pleased to offer a letter of invitation to participate in CCT2026.
The letter of invitation will be issued upon receipt of your payment for CCT2026 pre-registration which will start from June, 2026.
If you need the invitation letter and other documents for VISA application, please contact CCT2026 Registration Desk (heartmeetings-plus@uproses.co.jp) with your registration number by October 2.
Please note that this letter of invitation does not commit CCT to any financial supports and being a guardian with regard to your attendance at CCT2026.
*24,200JPY per person will be charged to issue the visa application documents other than the invitation letter.
