Information for CCT2022 Chairs, Lecturers and Commentators

CCT2022 will be held as a hybrid event of on-site at Kobe International Exhibition Hall and virtual meeting.

For Chairs and Commentators

How to join the session on site
  • After picking up your name card at the registration on site, please come to the session room by yourself at least 15 min. prior to the session starts and wait at “Next Chairs’ / Commentators’ seat”.
  • We ask that Chairs be in charge of controlling the session progress. We appreciate your cooperation in finishing the session within the planned time schedule.
How to join the session online
  • We will use the Zoom meeting system.
  • The Zoom meeting URL will be sent by e-mail 5 days prior to the CCT2021. A reminder will also be sent 1 day before the event.
  • Please connect to the Zoom meeting 30 minutes before the session starts in order to check sound, video and session details.
  • We ask that Chairs be in charge of controlling the session progress. We appreciate your cooperation in finishing the session within the planned time schedule.
  • The participants’ inquiries will show up in “Chat” of the Zoom meeting.

For Lecturers

How to join the session on site

After picking up your name card at the registration on site, please bring your own laptop PC, USB memory stick or DVD and preview your presentation data at the "PC Desk" located at each session room by yourself at least 30 min. prior to the presentation.

  • No regulation for computer models, OS and applications, but your computer must have VGA D-sub15 pin or HDMI female output.
  • Please make sure to unlock a password at a start-up, a screen saver, virus checking and power-saving setup in advance.
  • Please do not use presenter tool function for smooth progression of the session.
  • Please make sure to bring AC power cable with you. Running your computer with battery only might cause a trouble.
  • Please bring a back up disk of your presentation slides such as USB memory stick or DVD in case of connecting problem.
  • PC itself is NOT placed at the podium when making presentation. As you reach the podium, the PC operator will start your presentation slides and then you will control the slides by yourself.
  • After your presentation finished, your computer will be returned to you. Please come to the PC Desk and collect your computer.

Presentation Preparation
  • Recommended presentation slide size is in 16:9.
  • Please check if your presetation does not exceed your lecture time.
Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI)

We kindly ask all speakers at CCT2022 to include a self-disclosure of the state of conflict of interest regarding presentation. Please create a COI slide and insert it as the second slide of your presentation.

Method of Presentation online

You can choose presentation method between making a presentation by sharing your PC screen on Zoom and submitting a pre-recorded presentation slide video with sound (mp4) in advance. Presenters of Case Competition (Coronary) and Case Presentation (Peripheral), please submit the presentation video in advance as much as you can. Your kind cooperation is very much appreciated.
The uploaded files will be viewed only on the management side.
Discussion will be held after the presentation in the same Zoom meeting. Please stay connected during the session.

Presentation File Name

Room, The presentation day, the session name, and your name should be included in the file name.
Ex) If your presentation will be at Room 3 on October 28 and “Retrograde” by Taro Yamada, the file name should look like: Room31028_Retrograde_Taro Yamada.mp4
