Case Submission Guidelines
Education requires the sharing of experiences. For this reason, CCT2024 is making a Call for Cases.
[1] Submission Period
Submission is now closed. Thank you for your active submission.
[2] Submission
- Complete the online submission form below submission form.
- After sending the form, registration number will be issued and also sent by e-mail.
*Please note that the confirmation e-mail might be delivered to a SPAM folder of your mail box. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please check if your information is correctly registered from "Confirm/ Edit" form and contact the CCT Administration Office. ( cct-case@cct.gr.jp )
*Please avoid using Microsoft mails such as @hotmail.com/@live.com/@msn.com/@outlook.com, because the automatic reply from the system does not reach in some cases.
- Please send case data in DICOM format to CCT Administration Office by one of the following methods. Please refer to "[4]Notes in Case Submission" when preparing case data.
*The file must be in DICOM format. Any other format and PowerPoint slides will not be accepted.
[How to submit your case DICOM data]
- Case data submission URL
Please upload your case data by using the case data submission URL sent by the confirmation e-mail.
You are requested to create a zip file contains all DICOM files with your registration number as the file name.
Ex) 9999.zip
- Data Sharing Web Server (e-mail)
If you cannot use the case data submission URL, please upload the zip file on web servers (Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, etc.) and send a downloading URL to CCT Administration Office by e-mail.
- Courier Service
If you cannot upload the case data on the web, please send it by CD-R or USB Memory Stick with the registration number to CCT Administration Office.

[3] Notification of Acceptance/Rejection
The results will be posted on CCT2024 Website and notified by e-mail in the end of August.
Exemplary cases will be selected and presenters will be invited to give oral presentations at the venue.
The “Best Case” will be selected from the presenters on the day and the winner will receive an official commendation, a faculty invitation to CCT2025 and a supplementary prize.
[4] Notes in Case Submission
- Only one submission per applicant is accepted.
- There is no word limitation.
- Any illustration, table or chart cannot be attached to your case data.
- The case data must be in DICOM format. The case without DICOM data will not be reviewed by the referees.
- The submitted storage medium such as CD-ROM or USB memory stick with the case data will not be returned to the applicants.
- Since CCT is not obliged to any mistake in case description, please be sure to confirm the content of your submission.
- If you want to drop the submitted case, please contact ( cct-case@cct.gr.jp ) with your registration number.
- [Peripheral] Rejected cases in "Most impressive case of my career" might be asked to make presentaion in "Case Competition".
