Course Objectives

The CCT Electrophysiology Course is now in its third year. Once again the Course is essentially aimed at cardiovascular specialists with a keen interest in arrhythmia, and will be a two-pronged program of lectures and live demonstrations on key topics such as catheter ablation, implantable fibrillators and Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT).

This year's main catheter ablation themes will be (1) electrophysiological examination for beginners and PSVT ablation; (2) comparisons of the electrical and anatomic approaches to comprehensive pulmonary vein isolation as ablation for atrial fibrillation, and the usefulness of the NEGA method as standard for complex fractionated atrial electrogram (currently a hot topic); and (3) the electrical approach using the CARTO system as ablation therapy for ventricular tachycardia.

With top experts from Japan and abroad attending this year CCT Electrophysiology Course, we guarantee a quality to the lectures and live demonstrations unrivalled anywhere else.

We look forward to seeing you there.
