CCT2016 Peripheral will be held at Kobe International Exhibition Hall for 3 days from Thursday, October 20 to Saturday, October 22, 2016. Like last year, Dr. Kinzo Ueda, Dr. Hiroyoshi Yokoi, Dr. Shigeru Nakamura, Dr. Yusuke Miyashita, Dr. Yoshihisa Kinoshita, Dr. Hiroshi Ando and Dr. Keisuke Hirano are in charge as the Peripheral Course Directors. We are preparing a variety of programs such as Live demonstrations, Luncheon Seminars, Fireside Sessions, Coffee Break Seminars, My Best Case Competition, My Worst Complication Case Competition, Case Presentations, Poster Sessions, Flash Presentations and so on.

Endovascular Therapy (EVT) is now well accepted as a technique of revascularization in peripheral vascular disease. And we are expecting several new devices which will be available within a couple of years. In the CCT2016 Peripheral, we would like to intensify a discussion regarding what kind of influence will be brought to daily practice with these devices. For the EVT live demonstrations, we have planned broadcasts from Saiseikai Yokohama-City Eastern Hospital on October 21 and from Tokeidai Memorial Hospital on October 22. We do hope that many physicians will join the CCT2016 Peripheral and can obtain something new that will be useful for their daily practice.
