On behalf of the course directors of CCT2021 Peripheral, I would like to deliver a message.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we regrettably had to cancel CCT last year. This year, as a virtual meeting, we are delighted to announce that CCT2021 will be held from Thursday, October 28 to Saturday, October 30, 2021 as planned.

As a new attempt, we are planning to have 2 Web Lives; from Kasukabe Chuo General Hospital on Saturday, June 5, and from Tokeidai Memorial Hospital on Saturday, August 7.
As we imagine that the live case transmission is the core of CCT, live streaming of challenging cases as well as educational cases from Kasukabe Chuo General Hospital, Toyohashi Heart Center and Nagano Red Cross Hospital are planned in October. We are also eager to discuss the proper use of the devices which are released recently.

Regarding the sessions other than the live case transmissions, we have settled the program committee consisted of young doctors of cardiology, vascular surgery, plastic surgery and radiology fields, to deliver a more fruitful program. We believe that they will revitalize and expand the range of CCT Peripheral course.

Although the end of the COVID-19 pandemic is still not in sight, it is our strong desire to hold CCT2021 Peripheral safely, of course with the careful consideration of infection control as the top priority, to devote ourselves for the better future of medical treatment.
To conclude my message, we sincerely expect that we could meet up and have a face-to-face discussion with our fellow colleagues in the near future. Last but not least, we are looking forward to your active participation.
