We recommend you to have enough time for the visa procedure. On request, CCT is pleased to offer a letter of invitation to participate in CCT2013. Please contact CCT2013 Registration Desk (mice-trv@nittsu.co.jp) when you need the letter of invitation. The letter of invitation will be issued upon receipt of your payment for CCT2013 pre-registration. Please note that this letter of invitation does not commit CCT to any financial supports and being a guardian with regard to your attendance at CCT2013.
